These terms cover your use of Pods On Stage, run by PodLife Events Ltd. By using the site, you agree to them.
2 What we do
Pods On Stage is a free live podcast discovery service. We list events and link to ticket sellers.
We don’t sell tickets or handle payments directly through Pods On Stage, and there are no user accounts.
PodLife Events Ltd also operates a separate ticketing platform, PodLife Events. Some events may link to tickets sold through that platform.
We are ticketing-agnostic. We don’t favour or prioritise events based on their ticketing provider, including PodLife Events.
3 Listings can change
Event information comes from podcasts’ public feeds and announcements, and from ticket sellers’ own pages. We check events before publishing them, but dates, times, venues, prices, availability and other details can change or be wrong.
Always check the details with the ticket seller before you buy a ticket or travel to an event.
Shows that have already happened may stay on the site as a historical record and will be marked as past.
4 Ticket sellers and other sites
Ticket links take you to external ticketing websites, which may include PodLife Events, a separate ticketing platform also operated by PodLife Events Ltd.
When you follow a ticket link, the relevant seller’s terms and privacy policies apply, including those of PodLife Events where applicable.
Tickets, payments, refunds, resale, cancellations and entry to events are handled by the relevant seller, promoter or venue, not Pods On Stage. Nothing in these terms limits any legal obligations PodLife Events Ltd may have when acting as a ticket seller.
5 Podcast names, artwork and descriptions
Podcast names, trademarks, artwork and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify podcasts and their live shows. Their appearance on Pods On Stage does not imply endorsement of or affiliation with us.
Podcast descriptions may be taken from the podcast’s public feed.
If you own or represent a podcast and would like something corrected or removed, please use our contact form.
The Pods On Stage name, branding, design and original content belong to us or our licensors.
6 Using the site
You’re welcome to browse and link to Pods On Stage.
Please don’t scrape or copy substantial parts of the site, interfere with or overload the site, attempt to bypass its security, or use it for anything unlawful.
7 Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss or damage caused by inaccurate or outdated event information, changes or cancellations to events, third-party websites or ticket sellers, or anything else outside our reasonable control.
We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, accurate, complete or up to date.
8 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
9 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights you may have under the laws of the country where you live.
